“Just recently purchased my first whole life insurance policy. I am content with the policy purchased, thanks to my agent, John Sumner, who assisted me. However, as a Cincinnati Guaranteed Whole Life insurance customer, their underwriting process should have been more transparent and organized. I am in my twenties, a nonsmoker, and I had to go through a rigorous and intrusive 6-month process of approval. The representative who conducted my phone interview could have been more professional about discussing my mental and physical health. On multiple occasions, I had to resubmit and clarify information for approval. It was not all bad, though; Cincinnati did send a licensed nurse/phlebotomist to my home for a physical, which was very convenient! Overall, I would give Cincinnati a 3/5 for service, but thank goodness they have great agents working with them! 5/5 to John Sumner for going above and beyond to get my application approved and making me feel like a human rather than an application number.”-Jahan Green
